These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at jacsalservices.com (the "Site"), operated by JacSal Services ("JacSal Services," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are and what we do

JacSal Services is an AI operations and privacy consultancy. The Site provides information about our services and lets you contact us or submit an intake. Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us; these Terms govern only your use of the Site.

2. Not legal, financial, or other professional advice

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and it does not create a consultant-client or any other professional relationship. JacSal Services is not a law firm, CPA firm, or registered agent. You should obtain advice from a qualified professional before acting on any information on the Site. We do not make decisions of legal or regulatory record on your behalf; you remain the decision-maker for your business.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for businesses and for individuals who are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• Submit false information or another person's confidential or sensitive information without authority;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its underlying systems;
• Introduce malware, scrape or harvest data at scale, or use automated means to overload the Site;
• Infringe our or any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

5. Submissions you provide

When you submit information through our contact or intake forms, you grant us permission to use that information to respond to you, evaluate a potential engagement, and operate the Site, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information you do not wish to share, and do not submit anyone else's sensitive personal information through the Site.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the "JacSal Services" and "Supporting Dreams" marks, and the design and layout — are owned by JacSal Services or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own informational and business-evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (for example, our hosting and email providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JacSal Services and its owners and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability is not excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JacSal Services and its owners and personnel from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

12. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site, or update these Terms, at any time. When we update the Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior understandings on that subject.
